These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ThinQspace (the "App"), provided by Akcero Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
ThinQspace is a handwritten note-taking app with built-in AI assistance ("ThinQ"). ThinQ reads content you write or select and returns explanations, graphs, diagrams, 3D models, flashcards, or quizzes generated by a third-party AI model (Google's Gemini API), as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your notebooks are stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, synced via your personal iCloud account.
You retain all rights to the notes, drawings, recordings, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership over Your Content. When you use a ThinQ feature, the relevant portion of Your Content is sent to our backend and to Google's Gemini API solely to generate a response to your request — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Explanations, answers, graphs, diagrams, 3D models, flashcards, and quizzes generated by ThinQ are produced by an AI model and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific context. ThinQ is a study aid, not a substitute for a teacher, textbook, or expert advice — always verify important information independently, especially for graded work or safety-relevant topics.
You agree not to use the App to generate, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the App or the backend service it relies on.
ThinQ features rely on Google's Gemini API to generate responses. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's applicable terms for that service. We are not responsible for the availability or output of third-party services outside our control.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We'll try to keep disruption minimal, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI-powered features.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akcero Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to ThinQspace or these Terms will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
If these Terms change, the update will be posted on this page with a revised date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
